Background
Inspired by German progressive rock of the late 1960s to the early 1970s. Collaborating with Nobuhiko Kitamura, the designer behind Hysteric Glamour, Undercover created five fictitious rock bands: Chuuut!, The SSSSS, Klaus, The Crouh, and Theo Burp. They designed items such as t-shirts and jacket sleeves for each one. Taking this concept further, Undercover then produced items that "remade" these core garments. The collection's theme, "T.," symbolized rock-and-roll tees. The graphic on the jacket sleeves also appears on the jackets, skirts, and other sundry items.
