Under the tenure of Maurizio Altieri at Carpe Diem Luca Laurini honed his skills working with knitwear while managing the L’Maltieri line until the label dissolved in 2006. Since then Laurini’s mission at his own brand, Label Under Construction, is to explore the nature of fabrics, their origin, and their relationship to the wearer and to create unique architectural shapes and structures. Great attention is placed during the sourcing and manufacturing of each garment with only natural fabrics being used.
This long sleeve top is fabricated out of a horizontal knit and features inside-out seams, and a 1/3 seam across the chest.
