Details
For Autumn Winter 2001’s “Public Freedom” Carol Christian Poell exhibited his models in what seemed to appear as prison cells. A metaphor for the anguish of being trapped in a mundane everyday routine. His models wore his obscure yet immaculately tailored suiting, each looked out of place and despondent in such a harrowing setting. A similar juxtaposition to how one feels when trapped in a conservative uniform in a corporate work environment. This grey tee shirt is done in a luxurious wool fabrication and features a center seam down the back of the garment.
